Lynda Higbee, Managing Partner and Founder
Lynda is a dynamic HR executive, with an impressive track record of leveraging innovative HR programs which support strategic plans and optimize the bottom-line for employers in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She has considerable expertise in compensation and benefits as well as in employee and labor relations from her work with global firms across different industries. Well-versed in managing growth and change, as well as the resource management challenges faced by today’s organizations, Lynda has exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills and perceptive insights that allow her to develop effective solutions.
With a bachelor's degree in sociology and an MBA, Lynda held several senior-level HR positions prior to founding Higbee Associates. She once served as a Principal/Consultant with the Wyatt Company and has been vice president of Human Resources for Fortune 50 and start-up firms. Lynda is the former president of the national High-Tech Net board of directors, a professional emphasis group within the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), an organization instrumental in shaping and leading trends in the HR arena.
Lynda has been invited to speak as a subject matter expert for numerous industry groups, including the International Public Management Association for HR (IPMA HR), SHRM, and Employer Organizations on an array of topics, including "What's new in Performance Management", "Sales Compensation", and "Incentive Design".
